Accessibility
Accessibility at Qypsy
Qypsy aims to be usable and accessible to as many learners as possible. This page explains our general approach and how you can report any accessibility issues you encounter.
Our accessibility goals
Qypsy is designed with clean layouts, readable typography, and clear focus states to support keyboard navigation and screen readability. We aim to:
- Provide sufficient color contrast for text and UI elements
- Use semantic HTML where practical
- Support keyboard navigation within key workflows
- Label important buttons and controls clearly
Images and diagrams
Many Qypsy exams use images and diagrams. We work to ensure that:
- Important images include descriptive alt text where feasible, and
- Questions that rely on visual information are phrased to clearly reference labels or features visible in the image.
Reporting accessibility issues
If you experience difficulty using Qypsy—for example, keyboard traps, missing labels, poor contrast, or other accessibility concerns—please let us know so we can investigate and improve.
You can email us at support@qypsy.com with a brief description of the issue, the page or exam you were on, and your device and browser. This feedback is very helpful in making Qypsy more inclusive.
